Should this count as a mascot???

Alex Williams and his family attended a minor league baseball game where there were monkeys riding Australian Sheep dogs and herding horned rams. This definitely doesn't count as a mascot, considering he is nowhere close to the monkeys or dogs, but it is some pretty funny stuff!!
